What is the cancellation policy of www.shubhamdairy.com?

Shubham Dairy provides easy and hassle free cancellation policy. You can cancel your order any time before the order processing time. You can also reject the delivery at your doorstep or ask for the replacement, if you are not satisfied with any product.

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel the order from within the app inside Order History, or write to us at shubhamdairy2000@gmail.com or call us on +91-7096248248 to cancel your order.

How do I get Refund for my Cancelled Order/Rejected Delivery?

Once you cancel your order or reject the delivery we will refund your entire order amount which you have paid for the cancelled/rejected delivery in your Shubham Dairy wallet account which you can utilize to buy any products available on Shubham Dairy platform. You can also adjust the same against your daily milk supply contract bill. You can ask for refund in your bank account if the amount is exceeding your monthly contract amount. Or even you can claim refund at any time for any amount if you cancel and discontinue the regular milk contract. After getting refund request from client we will refund the amount after deducting all the invoices generated till refund date. Refund process may take upto seven (7) working days.

What if the delivered product is defective?

We, recommended our customers to check the products package while accepting the delivery. Kindly do not accept any products/order if package is tempered or broken. If product is differ from your expectation/order kindly reject the delivery at your doorstep. Once you accept the product we will not take it back in any circumstances. If you are not satisfied with the delivered product, get in touch with our customer care support at shubhamdairy2000@gmail.com for improve our product quality/services.
